Sixt Mercedes GLA

Post by 47_rolling » Wed May 20, 2020 1:44 pm

Just raised the question in another thread about the Mercedes GLA from Sixt --->viewtopic.php?f=30&t=219&start=80. I know that Sixt offer this small SUV but I don`t know which model they have in the fleet. Is it the first generation or already the new one , the 2nd generation? In the fleet list Sixt still advertise the old first generation model.

From my point of view it is still the 1st generation of the GLA. ;)

The 2nd generation of the Mercedes GLA is not yet available in US. What you can actually get as rental car from Sixt is the 1st generation. :)

Hi,

I`m new here in the forum.

When I want to book a Mercedes GLA from Sixt I get an offer indicating the Mercedes GLA. But they show as picture a different model but not a GLA. I think that the website of Sixt should much better perform.

Lots of fun makes the GLA 250. A very powerful and comfortable car. I like it. SUV which is small but still offers suffcient space.

Fully agree. I´m waiting for the 2nd generation of the GLA at Sixt which I expect there rather soon. ;)

Thx @Midway for this first impression. Think that the design of the new GLA is more mature now. ;)

But not all car fans are happy with the Mercedes GLA as reported by @Lauderdalerick in another thread -->special-offers-f30/national-emerald-clu ... 9-s70.html

Personally I don`t see this small SUV so negative. Perhaps too expensive compared to the space offered.

If I decide to rent a SUV then I want to get a normal sized one. The GLA is simply too small for a SUV. So I`ll not book a SUV. :(
