Silvercar Locations

Post by Ricky » Tue Jan 14, 2020 11:17 am

Recently I was in LAX and rented a car there at Silvercar. You know about the TNC pickup changes at LAX. What will Silvercar do now there? Anyone an idea or more information? :D

It was done away with the Uber pickup. I suggest that you take the Economy Parking E shuttle which is going to the remote rental car depot. There Silvercar will pick you up. An alternative and probably faster is that you take the Sixt shuttle and walk the rest. This is possible now since Silvercar is next door to Sixt at the LAX. I cannot imagine that Sixt would notice you.

Silvercar is always more expensive than others. I am not sure if all miles are already included at Silvercar?

Yes , of course @Rugby13 . With Silvercar you can drive as far as you want. Unlimited miles are always included in the rental rate.

Most of the time Silvercars has also some extras included in the rental rate which must be paid on top at other car rentals.

Correct @Drivein. Therefore I don`t see Silvercar as an too expensive car rental company. they have partwise much more extras already included in the rental rate.

Absolutely, the extras which are usually already included in the rental rate at Silvercar are navigation system, WiFi, Sirius Radio, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Childseats. And also Ski & Surf Racks are already included if needed.
