Yes i did but there’s one problem inorder to get a reimbursement fca wants the parts numbers and the dealer won’t give me the parts numbers I’m thinking of switching back to vw to an atlas

From a legal point of view I think the dealer would be obliged to provide you with the parts numbers @Lauderdalerick.

They wouldn’t plus the parts manager at the dealership I bought my jeep from doesn’t even know what parts numbers are.

I think they can check in the system the original parts numbers.

But the service advisor refused to do so she wouldn’t even give me a reciept

Yes I’m getting a lawyer involved if they don’t reimburse I’m switching back to vw i grew up with vw products i used to be quite loyal to vw until dieselgate but I might switch back
