Tolerance time Hertz

Post by Mustang70 » Fri Dec 27, 2019 4:35 am

I experienced recently a tolerance time of 60 minutes at Hertz when having been a little late for returning the car. Such a rather long time beyond the agreed return time seems to be unusual. What do you think?

1 Hour is unusal from my point of view. I.e. Sixt accepts 30 minutes delay only.

A long tolerance time might be an important criteria for the selection of a car rental company.

Not at all car rental companies. Valid for Sixt.

I think the tolerance time is also a question of discussion with the relevant RSA. These guys have a certain flexibilty if they want.
