Enterprise Airport

Post by Interstate » Sat May 23, 2020 4:37 am

In order to get a better overview about renting a car at the airport I open this threat. Especially I would like to talk about Enterprise Airport locations. As far as I know Énterprise operate more than 250 airport locations in the US. Most of them are located nearby the terminals which make the pickup of rental cars much more convenient. A big advantage of Enterprise Airport stations is that they are open 24/7 during the year. I would like to learn a little about your experiences of you guys at Enterprise Airport locations and which ones you would recommend. Thanks.

I can report from Enterprise LAX Airport an interesting selection of nice cars. Staff there is very friendly and professional.

At Seattle airport I was confronted with the opposite. Staff at the counter unfriendly, nerved, far away of being professional. For me a reason to rent never again from Enterprise when I have to fly in at Seattle.

Recently experienced a horrible customer service at the Pheonix Sky Harbor airport location. I had to talk to three employees due to an issue. Afterwards I`ve talked to the branch manager who didn’t have a clue what was going on. As conclusion I will never rent another car from Enterprise again. The employees are simply disrespectful. :(

Think that this an exception from the rule @carpool-new. Usually the staff of Enterprise rent a car especially at airports works very professional. I`ve never made any negative experience at any Enterprise airport location.

Same experience made with Enterprise staff. Always friendly and professional. Never made any negative experience. What can happen at an Enterprise Airport location is that after arrival of some aircraft the staff can be little overloaded and doesn`t have time for each individual customer as used to have normally.

The Enterprise location at SFO Airport has a good reputation. I was also there frequently and was always satisfied. Enterprise staff at that location was always friendly and very competent. Cars were enough available. Never experienced any bottleneck.

Thanks for the pictures @Lauderdalerick. The Outlander is not the youngest one. What is your experience with this Mitsubishi?

This Mitsubishi is a piece of junk car it’s underpowered and can’t get out of its own way on the road it has a lot of hard plastics and the ride isn’t smooth at all and it jerks on the road this vehicle is just awful and the air conditioning blows hot air. I just want to return this Mitsubishi.
