Sixt Car Rental Florida

Post by Cube3 » Wed Jan 22, 2020 3:23 am

Sixt is the newcomer of car rentals in US. Sixt started its activities in US out of Florida. I think the Sixt headquarter is located in Fort Lauderdale. Does anyone know whether the range of the Sixt fleet is the biggest one at the Sixt stations in Florida?

For sure one of the biggest Sixt locations are actualli at Miami and Fort lauderdale. However the other stations of Sixt in US are of a comparable size.

In Florida branch Sixt offers actually the most comprehensive station network in US I think. An impressive growing car rental company with german roots. :D

I don`t think that other car rental companies offer a newer fleet. Sixt cars are on average 3 months old only. This sounds good. :)

New cars is one side, a dense network is the other one. Presently Sixt has in its Florida branch 19 stations. I think that this number is not bad for a newcomer. ;)

Compared to around 2,000 Sixt stations worldwide these 19 stations in Florida are not too much ;)
But seriously, the 19 stations are of course sufficient as they are at the big cities in the Sun State where the business and tourisme are concentrated.

I don`t agree @Bluebye . Taking into account that Sixt has in London over 30 car rental stations then 19 in Florida is not particularly high.

You cannot compare these two figures @Silvercar20 . Population in London is much more dense than in Florida. Perhaps 3 or 4 additional Sixt locations in Florida might make sense but not more. How many locations does i.e. Hertz have in Florida? Such a comparison would be more helpful.
