My last rental at Sixt Vienna Airport resulted in a BMW 320d touring.

Last rental at Vienna Airport was a booked FDAR category at Sixt. FDAR at Sixt means a BMW 3 series or similar. What I received was a free of charge upgrade to LDAR which resulted in a nice BMW 530e. The BMW 530e is a plug in hybrid which I never drove before. The battery however was empty and finally I was totally disappointed about the hybrid drivetrain which for me will never be the technical future. The BMW itself is of course a very impressive car, very comfortable, well equipped which I would like to have as an owner ;)

I have never experienced a FOC upgrade at Sixt in US. They seem to be more flexible in Austria. But as I`m living in US what can I do?

Suppose hybrid is a kind of bridge technology only.
