A lot of car rental companies have attracive fleets of exotic cars. What about Avis and their fleet? Any idea about exotic cars at Avis?

From Avis you shouldn`t expect too much as far as exotic cars are concerned. They have the Select Series has some nice cars but I personally wouldn`t talk about "exotic" cars.

How are exotic cars defined? I would say that exotic are cars which usually cannot be found on the rental car market. Honestly speaking I`m not aware about any car at Avis which cannot be rented more or less at any premium car rental company like Hertz, Sixt or National.

That`s your opinion @Bahamas. Avis see things different. They offer the Select Series with cars like Mercedes-Benz GL450 or the Chevrolet Corvette Coupe. According to Avis these are luxury cars minimum.

If I want to rent really an exotic car then I would never go to Avis. There are dedicated car rentals existing like the exotic car rental collection of Enterprise. What they offer is really exotic. But never the fleet of Avis. My opinin only.

The top model of the Avis luxury fleet seems to be the Mercedes-Benz GL450 SUV. This Mercedes is built in US. A SUV with endless space and a powerful V8 engine.
