The budget airport and local locations are open but they’re giving 10% off base prices

10 % is not too much but better than nothing. As actually only a few cars are rented the discount should be higher.

That`s correct but the rental companies like budget have to to secure appropriate cashflow.

Guys, I`ll take 10 % discount without any discussion.

Have made a reservation for a Mystery Car from Budget 7 days in September. I`ll pick up the hopefully beautiful car at BOS.

I think you will get a beautiful car @Coolboy30 . For the time being the parking lots are full. Tell the guy at the counter what you would like to get then I`m confident you`ll get the car you want.
