I did read about the rental car shortage and the chip crisis but I didn’t realize how bad it truly was.

I`ve also read about this rental car shortage. But this is of course the reason for the high rental rates.

I avoid to get a truck whenever I can. Of cours when there is a shortage of cars you can`t do anything.

Same i also avoid trucks whenever i can but if i need one i i will go with a company such as u haul

Any truck is also not my preferred rental car.

I was in Florida for a few days and just finished up with a 2021 Ford Mustang Ecoboost premium coupe from Budget. My rental was the result of a mystery car booking. But the car class the mustang coupe falls under the car class called standard sport

A pick up in white colour would have been available as well.

That would have been no alternative for your beautiful Mustang in red. Great rental @Lauderdalerick

This coupe is a whole lot better than the convertible it’s fuel efficient. It handles even better.
