I would prefer the Toyota as a private car. I guess that it is more reliable than Volkswagen.

You are right but i had a vw golf tdi clean diesel that vw bought back due to diesel gate i miss that car so much it was a great vehicle it was very reliable I would have still had it had it not been fo dieselgate

Why do you not buy another new one again? The TDIs should be absolutely clean now.

The reason I didn’t buy another one is because I couldn’t believe how dishonest vw was which led me to believe that vw is not a trustworthy company

You are right of course. But I think management has changed in the meantime at VW. It was changed also at Mercedes, BMW, Audi and Porsche since Diesel-Gate.

It seems that the responsible for Diesel-Gate was Martin Wintercorn as CEO at that time. Then came Matthias Mueller. And now the CEO is Herbert Diess. The Audi responsible Rupert Stadler is brought to justice now.
