At the most rental car companies you`ll get discount on your rentals. The amount of discount vaires betewen the individual companies. The minimum discount is 5 % off.

from Thrifty rent a car you get always an 8% discount when you are a AAA club member. You only have to use the club member discount code from AAA when you book at Thrifty.

$20 off the base rate can be saved from National when you book a rental car for a duration of one week. You have to apply the code PC#2053544 in your reservation. Better than nothing!

From Hertz AAA member get $20 off for a weekly rental. The Code PC# 205354 must be used for booking.

Based on a one week rental $20 off is not too much. It is for sure less than 10 % what I can save as a AAA member when renting a car.

The actual early booking deal at Dollar offers more advantage. You can get up to 25 % off.

The discout depends on the rental company. One offers more for AAA members, others less.
