I open this thread in order to collect some experience about Sixt USA. I have just read in another thread about poor communication in US and wonder also why Sixt US does not provide customers with much more responsiveness?

Good question @Bentley . I have also made already some experience with Sixt in US, that they don`t answer on requests. Very strange :(
