Correct, and discount is not applicable for the Sports&Luxury fleet. :(

This is normal practice also at other rental companies as far as the validity of coupons are concerned. ;)

Sixt actually offers up to 30 % discount on each rental. On top of that ther renter can select a free extra like additional driver, child seat, navigation system or a young driver. :D
