On the Sixt page you can find the most actual deals. They change on a daily or weekly basis. You get always around 15 % off when using the banner above here in the forum. Then there is the possibility to go directly to the Sixt deal page which offers you depending on the location around 20 % off.

Correct @Alaskahighway The only condition there is that you book a prepaid rental.

Different options are possible. Usually I check all possibilities mentioned by @Alaskahighway for the best rate.
