Same opinion. I think that Hertz didn`t really recover under Chapter 11. The fleet from Hertz is crazy.

My last booking of the category Managers Special resulted in a Ford Focus out of the Small Sedan category which is Group B. I was not happy about this car. Will no more book this category.

My experience with the Managers Special is also not very positive. Small car in dirty condition. In the meantime I book either the Mystery Car from Sixt or Budget.

My last rental from Hertz was a Mazda 3 which had already almost 50k miles. Totally unacceptable.

I`ve already heard several times about rather old rental cars from Hertz.

I`ve booked now the Managers Special from Hertz for a 2 day duration for the first time. Will see what I`ll get.

So, in the meantime I`ve picked up the booked Managers Special from Hertz. I`ve got a Group B car which was a Ford Focus. I`m dissapointed as I`ve expected something higher. I complained to the counter staff. They told me that there were actually no other cars available. What should I say then?

To be honest before I`ll book a Managers Special from Hertz I always prefer the Sixt Mystery Car. The cars from Sixt are much more attractive. And the fleet is always new. No car is elder than 6 months. My experience.

Correct. After several attempts with the Managers Special from Hertz I`ve decided for myself that I`ll stop to book this category anymore. The cars I`ve got were usually rather old with lots of miles. Next time when I`ll book such a category I´ll also try the Mystery Car category from Sixt.
