from time to time I`ve experienced problems when booking online at National. Just befor the check out it occurs a problem which does finally not allow a reservation. The customer service hotline could not explain the issue. Do you guys have any explanation?

Frequently such failures occur due to internet connection problems. Did you @Chevy already ask your provider if there are probably any technical issues?

In the meantime I did @Eldorado . Obviously there are no technical issues with the provider. I still think that there is a problem with the National website. let`s hope that it`s a temporarly issue only. I will repat to che it during the next days.

I`ve never experienced such a problem when bokking at National. I think something must go wrong in the network or computer of @Chevy . Otherwise National would surely launch any corrective action immediatelly. They would loose business if there would be such a problem in general.

Exactly @Postman. If there is a system failure at National you can be assured that this would be solved immediatelly.

An alternative for booking is by phone in case there is an interruption of the website due to whatever reason.
