I saw the Mystery Car on the website of Avis. Never heard about it before.
Has anyone booked this before?
Someone any idea which type of cars can I get when booking such a mystery Car from Avis?
Does Avis offer an attractive deal page like the Sixt Deal Page?

I`m not aware about a dedicated deal page from Avis @Viper. I only know the Sixt Deal Page which offers 20 % discount. To be honest I was also not yet aware about such an option at Avis. Tried to find an offer now at LAX but website showed the following:

I`m very keen to get more information about this category at Avis.

I wonder why all the competitors use the same product name "Mystery Car". Not only Avis but also Sixt as well. And btw in Germany Hertz use this name also.

It seems as one would copy from the other. Supposing the cars behind the mystery car are different at the individual car rental companies.

When I book the Avis Mystery Car, what can I get then? Someone has already experience with this vehicle class at Avis?

I`ve already booked several times the Avis Mystery Car. The best result I`ve ever got was a VW Atlas. reason was a lack of smaller cars in the lots. A great SUV for a rather low rental rate paid for the Mystery Car.

My last Avis Mystery car booking resulted in a Ford Edge out of the Standard SUV class. Car was ok for me based on a low rental rate.
