is there any overview about all cars in Sixt fleet?

Yes they have a fleet guide on the homepage available. You can check all available car categories there.
For your information guys for any booking I always use the Sixt 20 % deal page. There I can checkout the fleet and make the most cheapest booking.

This overview is not detailed enough. For some cars it only says "or similar". But I want to know exactly which cars are in the respective category.

To get a detailed overview is almost impossible. Not only as far as the Sixt fleet is concerned but also in terms of all other rental companies. Usually they don`t release an overview of the complete fleet.

Anyway on the website mentioned by @Highlander you can get a good overview about the fleet. For sure it`s not complete but helpful.

Don`t think that you @Robert can see all cars as a complete overview at any rental company. I`d like to have also such an overview about the Sixt fleet in US but I`ve not yet found one.

From my point of view Sixt offers the best rental car fleet in US. Sixt has the newest cars available compared to the other rental companies. My opinion only.

Based on my experience I can fully confirm this statement!

Does Sixt offer the new Mercedes S-Class as soon as the delivery of the latest model will start?

Sixt usually provides the latest models as rental cars immediatelly after they are delivered to the car dealers. As far as I know the new S-Class goes to the car dealers in December. So then this beautiful cars will be available at Sixt in December as well.
