Someone any experience with the Sixt Diamond Card respectively with benefits for Diamond Members?

As soon you have a number of rentals per year you must be "recommended" for the membership as a Diamond customer. Without the recommendation you will never get a Diamond Card at Sixt. I`m not sure how many rentals per year are finally required.

And your membership letter will be signed by Regine Sixt personally . Already such a signature makes the Diamond Status Card worthwile

Don`t expect too much from the Sixt Diamond Card......

Not true, as Diamond Member you get free upgrades, important reductions and.... a Diamond Lounge

Major problem is that you can become member only when someone recommends you. Who should do that when you change frequently the rental location?

I have to correct you @Jimmy . With a Diamond Card the member will be granted for a double upgrade. Of course this guarantee is subject to availability.

In Germany the value for Sixt Dia Members are quite low. In US this status offers to Sixt customers and DIA members much more benefits. My opinion.

I am personally not very keen to become a DIA Member. The car is more important for me instead of a lounge

There are people telling that they book as a Diamond Member ECAR in Germany and have got a Jaguar F-Type. This is nonsense and should really not be expected here in US. I cannot imagine that it will ever happen. Of course Diamond is a nice and impressive status but surely not that what a lot of people expect. Important is in any case that as a Sixt Diamond Member nobody should wait on anything which will be offered by Sixt voluntarily. The Sixt Diamond Member must cleary tell at the counter that he is DIA and ask for what they can do for him. Then there will be a good chance that the Diamond Member will get more than a double upgrade free of charge
