I`ve found now the terms and conditions for the flash sale from Dollar rent a car. The renter gets 25% off the base rate.
You simply have to apply the promotional code 101031 during the booking process.
The offer is valid for a rental minimum of one day at a weekend rental and five days for a weekly rental. You can book compact class or higher. Please note the booking period which is only today October 12, 2020. The pick up of the rental car must take place between October 13, 2020 - January 31, 2021.

The flash sale was much to short, guys. Especially in the actual time it would have been a great opportunity for Dollar rent a car to gain business. Don`t understand Dollar.
