I liked the durango but i was not a fan of the gas mileage it ran out of gas in key west and i had to get roadside assistance and i made frequent stops for gasoline because of the durango’s dismal gas mileage
To need roadside assistance is not an advertisement for a car. And frequent stops for gasoline is annoying. Better not to rent a Durango anymore. ;)

I do prefer Jeep Grand Cherokee because i own one and i rented one just as good as wrangler

I like the Cherokee. A very comfortable car which I would also rent at anytime.

An impressive engine ....poor customer service sounds not so good. What is the problem, pricing, quality, performance?

The service advisor at the dealership where I bought my jeep is a real something I’m not going to say on the fourum she always upsells and i ended up paying $3,500 for a fuel pump recall my jeep was having a crank no start problem and left my girlfriend stalled in rush hour traffic i towed it to the dealership it needed a fuel pump but now my fuel pump issue is part of a recall because alot grand cherokee owners got into accidents because of sudden stalling

Oh yeah, I remember to have read about this issue. You never went back to the dealer asking for a reimbursement @Lauderdalerick ?
