Since Hertz was under Chapter 11 I avoid this rental company.

For a Managers Special booking I`ve got last time a Small SUV which was a Nissan Rogue . An alternative would have been a Ford Focus or a Mazda 3. Having the choice I took the Rogue. ;)

Can you suggest the Rogue for a rental? I`ve not yet driven this small SUV @copper.

Honestly speaking the Nissan Rogue is not my favourite car. When I rent a small SUV then I look for a BMW X3. For this purpose I check out rental rates at Sixt or I try the Mystery car from them. :D

Correct, even with a Mystery Car booking from Sixt there is a chance to get a X3 SUV. I`ve already got one last year.

Any Sixt Mystery Car booking is much better than the Hertz Managers Special. Sixt offers much newer and more intersting cars. my opinion only! :P

Recently drove a Nissan Rogue based on a Managers Special booking. The car was very dirty and had already a lot of scratches. It was more than 37k miles driven. Service at the counter was ok but next time I´ll rent somewhere else.

Thx for the report @Car2go :!: Very frequently heard about high mileages on Hertz rental cars in the recent past.
