Hertz Fifty Plus Program
Just discovered the Hertz US Fifty Plus Program. In this program of Hertz all travelers who are 50 and over can save up to 20% off the base rates. The only thing to do is to enter during the booking process the CDP 2007815.

On top of that also participants in the Hertz Fifty Plus Program can take advantage of premier travel perks when they sign up for Hertz Gold Plus Rewards. The advanteges are that the line can be skipped for a faster checkout, the more rentals take place the more points for the premium status can be earned. And last but not least redeem points for rental days are available.

Tried to check out a booking using the Hertz Fifty Plus CDP. I cannot recognize the amount of the discout. Is this normal?

Seems to be normal.
Checked out at the same dates, location and duration using first the Hertz Fifty Plus CDP and afterwards no CDP. The result is clear. With the Hertz Fifty Plus CDP you get an interesting discount.

At the Standard SUV the Fifty Plus discount is obviously around 40 %. This is an interesting promo action of Hertz for customers who are 50 plus years old.

In Fullsize you also can get almost 30 % off. Finally an intersting offer for the 50 plus generation.

Thanks @Panther for the check out of the interesting example for Hertz Fifty Plus rental rates. It shows clearly that there is an important difference between the discounted and the standard rate at Hertz.

For a Standard SUV getting around 40 % off for the 50 plus customers is a very attractive offer which I don`know yet from other car rental companies.
