Re: Hertz Car Rental Experience
It fully depends on staff on duty. My last rental from Hertz in Houston /Tx was not so positive. Staff at the counter was unfriendly and saw customers more as burden. I don`t like this behaviour.

At the moment I would not use the prepayment option at Hertz as you don't know whether you get finally a car. There is still a lack of money at Hertz from my point of view.

Hello I haven’t rented from hertz in a while i used to rent from them when I travelled to Baltimore md I found their cars basic but I’ve made interesting discoveries in rental cars in Baltimore Maryland hertz included I’ve found syringes tourniquets cookers lighters and dime baggies with some powdery substance but this is quite common in Baltimore rental cars as Baltimore is a rough city with a high crime rate and a major drug problem. But i have rented at hertz in carribean islands such as Bahamas Jamaica Trinidad and Tobago Cayman Islands st maarteen and it’s an amazing experience i find hertz is better in the carribean than in usa.

Hertz overall is a reliabel rental company. I`ve always made positive experience with Hertz. For sure there are always exceptions from the rule like Baltimore @Lauderdalerick .

But don`t understand why the local administration and police doesn`t take necessary measurements.
