Yes, that`s what I mean. Air France, KLM, Delta, Garuda and some others are part of Sky Team. When you book Delta it might happen that the flight is operated by KLM or Air France.

Klm is the best but for when I fly to South America in particular chile peru and Brazil i choose latam as aerolineas Argentinas is a horrible airline their baggage handlers have no regard for bags but

American Airlines used to be good but then they became bad I keep getting flights cancelled

Delta is expensive for South America and they don’t do direct flights to lima peru which is where my girlfriend lives. Mexico City airport is worse than cdg because even though I’m not entering Mexico and I’m just there on a connecting flight I still have to claim my bags go through passport control and get my bags inspected i find that Customs officers at Mexico city airport are theives in customs uniforms especially when they do baggage inspections if they see any item more than $30 they will steal and claim that I didn’t declare that object even though I’m just on a connection through Mexico City

I would look for direct flights. That`s always much better. You can avoid lot of trouble.

If only direct flights weren’t so expensive plus I frequently get my bags wrapped to avoid theft from my bags because in peru the baggage handlers are easily able to break in without a baggage wrap even with a lock and zipties

I know but it’s my girlfriends father who pays for my tickets not me even though i have more than enough money to pay for my ticket to peru. He won’t let me pay for my ticket but before i go to my parents house.
