Car rental receipt per mail

There are car rental companies like Sixt charging an extra fee when sending out the receipt per mail.
If you want to receive your invoice by mail Sixt asks for a fee of $3.49 per rental. Are there car rental companies without an extra charge for such a service?

It is standard practice at Sixt to release invoices per eMail FOC. Therefore they ask for an extra charge when someone wants to get an invoice by mail. Honestly speaking I do not see any need to get an invoice by mail as an eMail can be easily printed out.

Correct, invoices per email are standard at Sixt. ;)

It`s more or less standard at most of the rental companies to get invoices per mail. Isn`t it?
