Rental Car Seen

Post by Rhodes » Tue Oct 24, 2023 10:35 am

Recently I saw this terrible rental car when I was on holidays in Europe/Germany. It was the chinese car ORA which is a fully electrical driven model. The rental company was Europcar.

It's not uncommon for rental car companies to offer a variety of vehicles, including electric cars, to meet the diverse needs of their customers. Electric vehicles are becoming more popular globally as people are increasingly interested in sustainable and eco-friendly transportation options. If you had a negative experience with the ORA or Europcar, it might be useful to provide feedback to the rental company. They often appreciate customer input to improve their services and vehicle offerings. Additionally, experiences with specific models can vary, so it's helpful for companies to be aware of customer perspectives.

Thx for your feedback @hitej. I didn`t complain about the electric driven car itself but about the terrible design itself. I cannot complain at Europcar in terms of the poor design of a rented car. However in general I fully agree on what you are saying. You always can provide feedback to Europcar about any negative experience. ;)

Welcome here in the forum @hitej :!:

It `s also my experience that rental companies appreciate any customer feedback. What was your last rental @hitej ? Was it from Europcar?
