Sixt Exotic and Luxury Car Rental

Hi guys!

Sixt is a kind of newcomer on the US car rental market. They advertise of being a premium car rental compny. This is true, Sixt has premium cars. But they really don`t offer any exotic cars. For me exotic cars mean vehicles which exist in low numbers only, tremendeously expensive, difficult to find on the rental market. Examples are the Mercedes S-Class Convertible, the Lamborghini, Ferarri, Bentley or Rolls Royce.

I am looking for renting the BMW 530 d estate car. Someone any idea where I can find this car. I think that Sixt doesn`t offer this model?

Honestly speaking I have not yet seen any estate version at Sixt in general.

Before I rent an estate I would take a SUV first. Then you have always even more space.

But an estate has some adavntages like much more fuel efficient, more agile, better design.

My personal favourite is a Mercedes Benz E-Class T Model. A very cool design from my point of view.

I`ve not yet seen any 5 series estate at a car rental company in US. The design is usually much more attractive than any SUV.

When I browse the fleet for the Luxury fleet of Sixt also cars like a Toyota Yaris iA or a Kia Rio are presented. For me the Sixt site is somehow unprofessional. The important informations are not shown. One example is that it is still absolutely unclear if Sixt offers the Mercedes S-Class or not. In the category XDAR always the BMW 7 series or similar is shown. But what are the "similar" vehicle. I can not find any information.

Correct. The Sixt website is not clear. You can find the Mercedes S-Class under the category Mercedes-Benz Cars but it is not clearly said if such a model can be rented in other countries only. Crazy.

They have linked the website of Sixt US with Sixt websites in other countries. Therefore you can see all car types which are in the Sixt fleet worldwide but not in US.
