Car2Go will terminate services in North America

Car2Go which is a joint mobility venture of Daimler and BMW will stop operation in North America on February 29,2020. The same decision has been made for London, Brussels and Florence.
Car2Go complains besides others rising operating costs and a lack of support in terms of new technology. For London, Brussels, and Florence the company stated that the reason is unsustainable business. In 18 European cities Car2Go will continue its operation.
