Re: National Emerald Club Executive
I don`t think that the Emerald Club priority service is available at all locations. Probably only at selected, larger locations like at airports, Emerald Club members can use the priority service. Perhaps someone has more detailed informations?

Almost at all airport locations in US and Canada the Emerald Aisle and Premier Selection Service is available.
The number of stations shouldn`t be any problem @Southeast.

Just a question in terms of qualifying for the National Emerald Club Executive Elite Status. Is it possible for American Express members to get this Elite Status for example with a status match?
Thanks!
Thanks!

For American Express Card Members and relationship to the National Executive Elite status there was in the past a status match possible. But I think this action is terminated now.

Yes, the elite status can be matched using some other programs in any case. National is able to match the status i.e. based on Hilton Honors, United Air Lines MileagePlus, American Airlines AAdvantage, etc.

Think I can help you answering your question @Yolle . There are two higher status levels existing within the National Emerald Club. First one is the Emerald Club Executive status which can already be reached with 12 paid rentals or 40 paid rental days in one calendar year. The second higher level which can be attained with 25 paid rentals or 85 paid rental days in a calendar year. This second higher level is called the Emerald Club Executive Elite status.

You mention two higher levels within the National Emerald Club @V8Boller . What are the benfits of these two higher levels?

When you have reached the Emerald Executive status then you get
- always choice of Fullsize or better cars from the exclusive Executive area
- guaranteed upgrades. Then you pay for one car class less than the car class you have reserved
- when you have reached six rental credits one free rental day
After you have reached the next higher level which is the Emerald Executive Elite status then the benefits are
- that you get a guaranteed car with 24-hour notice only . This applies up to Fullsize
- that the hired vehicle is delivered to most private airport terminals at lots of national locations
- that you get one free rental day with only five rental credits. You also can select any car class with no blackout dates.
