I saw another hertz location that has an eviction notice on the door that notice said final notice to vacate immediately

No optimistic indications from Hertz. Clear they have to reduce costs at the moment. But if they close locations finally and sell the cars there is no future for a restart.

As far as I know Hertz actually has sold a lot of its cars. All of their C7 Corvettes have been liquidated. :(
