SIXT Fleet Check

A lot of users in the forum discuss about Sixt rent a car. I`d like to open a new threat about Sixt fleet check. Sixt is a very fast growing rental company in US. They are well known about interesting car models in their fleet which can be rented. Usually they offer cars only which are not elder than 6 months. This is a great advantage of Sixt compared to other rental companies. Who has already had the opportunity to check the fleet of Sixt? What are the experiences of you guys?

I like the european premium models in the Sixt fleet. It`s a possibilty to rent and drive a BMW, Mercedes or Audi.

I can report about a great weekend rental from Sixt. I`ve got a BMW 740i sedan which I`ve never driven before. The rental rate was reasonable compared to competitors. The car was equiped with plenty of options. A great experience.

When I compare Sixt with Enterprise then Sixt has a better fleet for XCAR when compared to full size elite. At Sixt locations I`ve seen plenty of XTS, S90 and E-classes.
Enterprise offers in Full size elite usually a Q50. I`ve seen plenty of those.

Most of the time I go with Sixt. An advantage is that the Sixt App allows me to pick/reserve a specific vehicle when I`m within the 30 mins of the reservation pick up window.

As an example for the superb Sixt fleet I`d like to show my last rental which was a BMW M4 Competition. What a power car :!: I don`t know whether other rental companies offer this model.

My last rental from Sixt resulted in this Ford Mustang GT with 5.0 engine. ;)

Do you know how old the Mustang from Sixt was @Highway?
