Alamo Plan Ahead Specials
When you book in advance from Alamo there is an opportunity to save some money. The so called Plan Ahead Specials are daily, weekend and weekly rates. They are available 15 days or more in advance at participating locations.

As far as I know Alamo the deals don`t grant very high discount. my opinion only!

Fully agree on that. I also was never very happy with the cars I`ve got from Alamo. Personally I prefer Enterprise or Sixt whenever I rent a car.

It seems to be the only deal Alamo offers currently.

Correct. And the Plan Ahead Special is valid only for a 4-day maximum rental duration.
So it`s not really applicable for a summer holiday travel.-

This deal is still ongoing. But you`re right @Airport it`s nothing realy interesting for a holiday booking.

Alamo is not well known for great deals. As a consequence they offer at the moment Last Minute Specials but at participating locations only. There is also no clear picture where they are offered. Alamo ask the customers to "search" a location to see if any specials are available. Not very customer friendly.
