Experience with Sixt at Miami International Airport

I rented a car with Sixt at Miami International Airport, and I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. After a long flight, I was honestly expecting the usual stressful rental counter situation, but Sixt really surprised me in the best way.

The rental desk was easy to find, and the staff there were incredibly welcoming. The agent who helped me was not only professional but also genuinely friendly. She took the time to explain my options without being pushy, and she even gave me a few local tips for driving in Miami, which I really appreciated.

When I went to pick up the car, I was thrilled to see that I actually got an upgrade. Instead of the standard sedan I had booked, I drove away in a nearly brand-new SUV. The car was spotless, smelled fresh, and had all the modern features I could have asked for. Driving around Miami and down to the Keys felt effortless and comfortable.

Returning the car was just as smooth. The drop-off area was well organized, and the Sixt team did a quick inspection without making me wait around. Within minutes, I was on my way to the terminal.

I’ve rented cars from other companies in the U.S. before, and it always felt like a bit of a gamble. With Sixt at Miami, I honestly felt taken care of from start to finish. It made a big difference in how stress-free my trip felt. Next time I’m in the U.S., Sixt will be my first choice again.
