Last rental at Sixt in Germany was at the DUS Airport. Booked PDAR and received a BMW 530e i performance Hybrid accordingly. The First proposal at the Sixt counter was a Mercedes E-Class however I`ve preferred a BMW 5 series. Alternatively they offered a payable Upgrade to a BMW 6 series which was not my favourite solution. I asked specifically for a Diesel which was not available at the moment in the booked category. So the 530 e i perfomance was the idal car for my purposes. I was quite impressed about the power of the 254 HP of this car. In the interior I could enjoy fine leather, HUD and a well performing navigation system. Thank you Sixt DUS.

Privately speaking I would not pay any markup for such an expensive technolgy. You don`t feel it during driving only when proactively looking on the specific indicators on the panel. For me it really doesn`t make any sense. 0,1 gallone petrol more for 100 miles is the better solution, believe me
