Alamo Last Minute Special
Alamo rent a car actually offers last-minute specials for daily and weekly rentals. They can be booked even at one hour`s notice. Normally rental rates are higher than bokking takes place at very short term notice. Alamo offers the opposite. When you come late it might become cheap. The discounted rental rates can be found when you serach by city.

During the current Covid19 times car rental companies schould have even more ideas for specials to attract customers to rent a car.

Btw if you join Alamo Insiders you get always 5% off the rental rate from Alamo. It is a simple process to register.

I`ve got a mail from Alamo. They are saying that they keep locations in general open during this phase of Covid19. But they are temporarily closing and consolidating some locations. So I think I will not get a rental car from Alamo everywhere.

As just posted otherwise Alamo offers not only a last minute special but also a special for early bookings. In the frame of plan ahead specials Alamo provides renters with discounts on the base rates when they book 15 days or more in advance. They call it "The early renter gets the deal".
