It shouldn`t happen. :(
Enterprise should set up a better cleaning process. My opinion only!

I’m out of town I’m returning home so i chose enterprise you click we pick but they wanted to give me a Nissan armada i said no that’s too big so i was assigned a 2023 Ford explorer xlt with 47,273 miles on it it’s beat up but it’s transportation the transmission lurches violently when in reverse and the power operated trunk is clunky and shuts halfway despite being no obstruction

The Explorer is a typical SFAR model from Enterprise. Great.
With 47,273 miles not the youngest one. :D

It´s typical for Enterprise to get rental cars with high milages. I`ve made this experience already several times. :(

I’m out of town for valentine’s day weekend i booked a standard suv enterprise app kept forcing me to upgrade a full size suv chevy tahoe ford expedition or nissan armada or similar or premium auc Chevrolet suburban ford expedition max or jeep wagoneer l or similar i said no i don’t want one of those that was despite me booking a you click we pick they assigned me a 2024 Jeep compass latitude with 33,568 miles on it. It’s a “slight improvement” it’s still a jeep compass which is inherently not a very reliable well built car it’s meant to be cheap and disposable it did atleast ditch the 2.4l tigershark which was known for excess oil consumption but it still has a rough shifting transmission it’s not smooth and the infotainment is still laggy but i would rather that over a full size suv
